Hot Handsare a group of hand, feet and body warmers designed to protect against cold weather. These are one-time use warmers that are activated by the air when their sealed pouches are opened. Hot Hands can be used any time you expect to be in cold temperatures, but there is also a Hot Hands Readiness kit that is smart to keep on hand in the car and in your home in case a winter emergency arises.

The Hot Handsline includes many products such as Hot Hands Hand Warmers, Hot Hands Toe Warmers, and Hot Hands Body Warmer. Each warmer is designed to supply at least 12 hours of continuous heat. Some of the Hot Hands items generate heat even longer. They are thin so that they don’t interfere with other garments or shoes. Plus, Hot Hands warmers are safe to use.

Hot Handitems produce heat due to the oxidation of the ingredients they contain. Each Hot Hands item has specific ingredients such as water, iron and carbon. When the pouch that the Hot Handsitem is packed in is opened, air reaches these ingredients and the oxidation process begins creating heat.

Most of the Hot Handsproducts can be used is in more than one way. For example, Hot Hands Hand Warmers can be placed inside gloves or pockets. Place them in gloves if you need to be constantly using your hands, or put them in coat pockets if you are able to keep your hands in the pockets for the most part.

Some of the Hot Hands Warmers, such as the Hot Hands Body Warmersalso have an adhesive back so that you can place them on specific parts of the body such as the middle of the chest or across the lower back with assurance that the warmers will stay in place. Typically the Hot Hands Body Warmers are placed in-between layers of clothing; for instance, on top of an undershirt, below a thermal shirt.

It is a very smart idea to keep a Hot Hands Readiness kit on hand for emergencies.
